Tandy believes that Healing is Transforming
Tandy has experience working with individuals, couples, families, and people who have an interest in positive spirituality and mindfulness. She also works with other clinicians to be the best they can be for their clients. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in the Children and Families Program at University of Michigan-Dearborn and her Master’s in Counseling, specializing in Child and Adolescent Counseling as well as Couple and Family Therapy, at Oakland University. She has a Professional Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University.
She comes from a post-modern perspective. She uses the Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, and Mindfulness Techniques to assist clients in living happy lives. She is a Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) and an MFT {Marriage & Family Therapist}.
